These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MixBlob, a color translation and paint-matching tool provided by Halo Media Solutions, Inc. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What MixBlob Does

MixBlob helps you understand and translate between the additive color model of light and the subtractive color model of pigment. We provide tools to analyze on-screen colors, suggest paint directions, and support better decisions for traditional, hands-on work.

The core feature of MixBlob is to compute suggested paint-mix ratios that reproduce a specific color from a photo. You can provide a set of paints you have on hand or let the app automatically minimize the set. In both cases, the output is designed to guide practical testing in the studio.

2. Informational Use Only

Color outputs are estimates based on digital analysis. Results may vary due to device calibration, viewing conditions, lighting, paint brand formulas, finish, and surface preparation. Always test physical paint samples before committing to a final selection.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

• Use the service only in accordance with applicable laws.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Your Content

If you upload images or other materials, you represent that you have the rights to do so. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service, such as analyzing colors, generating suggested mixes, and creating swatches you choose to save. You retain ownership of your content.

5. Intellectual Property

MixBlob, including its software, features, and brand assets, is owned by Halo Media Solutions, Inc. Paint brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for reference only.

6. No Warranties

The service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halo Media Solutions, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the service.

8. Changes and Termination

We may modify the service or these terms at any time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as an in-app notice. Continued use after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Halo Media Solutions, Inc. is organized.
